The day after the inauguration of the Alaska Chapter of PEAC, Karen Webster and Garry Wallan took Bonnie Kenk on the "26 Glacier Cruise" out of Whittier, Alaska. To get to Whittier, you first visit the Whittier Tunnel Toll Station near Portage Glacier. After you pay the toll, you then wait for the proper time to travel through the tunnel. If you don't wait for the proper time, you may literally meet a train coming the other way.
