Your tax-deductible, cash donation will help feed our birds until they go to their permanent homes. Donated goods such as office equipment, cages, playpens, and safe toys in excellent condition are always welcome and are also tax deductible. Click on the "Donate" link on the left side of the screen and help support the Anchorage Chapter of PEAC!.

United Way

You can also donate via the convenience of payroll deduction through United Way! When you sign up for United Way donations at work, just specify charity code 6092 and your donation will support the Anchorage Chapter of PEAC!

Federal employees: Sorry, but the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) will not allow you to use the authorized United Way code for PEAC on your payroll deduction authorization form because we are not listed in the official Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) brochure. If you want to change this, please contact your elected representatives in Washington, DC, and ask that the OPM policy be modified to allow payroll deduction donations for all authorized United Way organizations. As an alternative, you can download a pledge form directly from United Way and make your donation that way even though the amount donated will not count towards your agency's CFC goal.   Click here for a United Way pledge form.

Volunteer

Volunteers are needed for our Foster Parent Program, to transport birds and/or equipment, to help with fundraising, and for reconditioning cages.

Volunteers are required to attend all regularly scheduled PEAC classes within an eighteen month time period. The current regularly scheduled classes are:
